With 15 years experience in the Electrical Trade we use our experience we have gathered to do a visual inspection your potential new home. We check room by room and provide a detail report based on the condition of fittings & wiring.
Images will be included within the report, any findings or potential issues will be noted.
A 2D layout will be provided with a layout of switches and power points, as well as the location of earth peg and switchboard & any other electrical fittings.
